For more than 45 years, engineered systems providers nationwide have relied on Buckeye Fabricating Company to produce the finest vacuum tanks on the market. We use a CNC plasma cutter to guarantee the highest degree of accuracy for the location and fit-up sizing of all vacuum tank cutouts. The system also has line-marking capability to ensure that all attachments are accurately located. This equipment can cut up to 1-inch thick stainless steel, performs flat plate cutouts 10 feet wide x 30 feet long, and can handle dished-head surfaces up to 10 feet in diameter on a third, Z-axis. We can fabricate vacuum tanks as large as 12 feet in diameter and 40 feet long, with an empty weight up to 20,000 pounds.
