Capabilities

Buckeye Fabricating Company custom manufactures ASME Code and non-code pressure vessels and process tanks as large as 12 feet in diameter, 40 feet long, with an empty weight up to 20,000 lbs. We fabricate vessels in carbon steel and stainless steels. For over 40 years Buckeye Fabricating Company has been producing the highest quality pressure vessels and process tanks, with the quickest delivery at a very competitive price.

Our CNC plasma cutter ensures the highest degree of accuracy for the location and fit-up sizing of all cutouts on your entire tank. The system also has line-marking capability to ensure that all attachments are accurately located. This equipment has capability of up to 1" thick stainless steel, does flat plate cutouts 10 feet wide x 30 feet long and can handle dished head surfaces up to 10 feet in diameter on a third, Z-axis (see picture).

Buckeye also provides extended services for many of our OEM customers. We have become integral members of their production operations, by completing their vessel products and finished assemblies.
